Your session is guided by your goals
Kate’s work is grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and integrative approaches to therapy. This includes drawing from somatic and nervous system–focused frameworks, alongside evidence-based psychological therapies. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all model, therapy is shaped around your needs, goals, and lived experience.
